Possession and Warranty
Upon possession, we conduct a comprehensive walkthrough with you to identify and address any deficiencies. This process ensures your home meets our high standards.
Our post-construction warranty offers long-term assurance, covering two years for delivery systems, five years for the building envelope, and ten years for structural integrity. You can schedule warranty services as needed or anytime before the 2nd anniversary of your possession date, ensuring your peace of mind and satisfaction with every aspect of your new home.
